Does it work with every brand and model?
Perzibo is designed for multi-brand fleets. Available information depends on the model, firmware and enabled protocols. Before expanding your installation, we check discovery, meters and supplies using your devices. Testing one model does not certify the entire brand.
Do I need to buy a Raspberry Pi?
It is not the only option. Box runs on compatible AMD64 or ARM64 Linux systems. Windows can use WSL 2 with Ubuntu and systemd. The guide covers requirements and startup; signing out of Windows, suspending or shutting down the computer can interrupt WSL. A dedicated device is preferable for continuous monitoring.
Check the requirementsWhat happens if a site loses internet?
The Box keeps monitoring while it has power and local connectivity to the devices. Pending readings are sent when internet returns. App shows the latest information received rather than presenting it as a fresh reading.
Is the toner or ink percentage exact?
It is the level reported by the printer, subject to its sensor and firmware limitations. Separately, you can record a replacement or refill and configure a yield to estimate consumption. That forecast does not measure the physical amount of supply or replace the original reading.
Does Perzibo print or read my documents?
Monitoring reads technical information such as meters, identity and supplies. It does not collect the contents of your print jobs. Physical calibration checks use test jobs that the technician chooses to run.
How do I get started with my fleet?
