What we collect and why

Your name, company, email, country, city, phone number, fleet size and, if you choose to share them, your current process and message. We use these details to respond, prepare a demo or trial and follow up on that conversation. We also record the date and version of the notice you accepted. We send a confirmation to the email address provided and notify the team handling the request. This confirmation does not subscribe you to advertising.

We do not request sensitive data, files, passwords or printed document contents. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to advertising. We do not sell your data.

Service providers and protection

Our hosting, form and email use Amazon Web Services in the United States. AWS processes information as an infrastructure provider with the permissions needed to deliver the service. Authorized Perzibo staff handle your request. We do not share your details with advertisers; disclosure to authorities is limited to legal obligations.

We use HTTPS and access permissions. The temporary form record is encrypted at rest. No system offers absolute security. If a relevant incident affects your data, we will respond and provide notice in accordance with applicable law.

Retention

The temporary form record expires after 30 days; technical deletion may take a few additional days. Emails are retained while the conversation is being handled or a relevant relationship or legal obligation justifies keeping them. You may ask us to stop contacting you or delete data where legally appropriate.

Your privacy rights

To request access, correction, cancellation or objection under Mexican data protection law (ARCO rights), withdraw consent or limit use, email legal@perzibo.com with the subject “Privacy”. Include your name, a reply address, your request and information to locate the record. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority to act. Do not send identity documents through the commercial form.

We will explain the process and respond within applicable legal time limits. A privacy request will not be used to send advertising.

Cookies and technical information

This website does not use advertising cookies, social-media pixels or third-party analytics. To protect the form, we process technical connection details and a temporary network fingerprint without storing the original IP in the contact record. Links to App and Downloads lead to separate services.

Scope and updates

This notice covers the public website and contact requests. It does not replace the contracts or notices applicable to App and Box. Updates will be published here with their date. If a change of purpose requires fresh consent, we will ask before applying it. The Spanish version is the original reference text.
