NITICOLOR S.A. DE C.V., a company legally incorporated in Mexico, with address at Av. Prisciliano Sánchez 136, Centro, 63000 Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the Perzibo website, forms, commercial channels, communications, services, integrations and technology platform.
Perzibo® is a trademark owned by NITICOLOR S.A. DE C.V. in Mexico and Latin America. The brand and its commercial operation are directed and represented by Julio César Gutiérrez Quezada and Gandhi Gutiérrez Quezada, as owners of the brand and representatives of the company.
NITICOLOR S.A. DE C.V. provides custom software and technology solutions for businesses, with more than 15 years of experience in the copier, multifunction printer, managed print services, print fleet monitoring, commercial operations and technology sectors.
2. Scope of this notice
This Privacy Notice applies to individuals who interact with Perzibo as prospects, website visitors, company representatives, customers, authorized users, account administrators, business contacts, providers, partners, integrators, or persons requesting support or information.
Perzibo is available to companies in Latin America and the Caribbean, Spain and other regions. When data processing relates to individuals located outside Mexico, we seek to apply internationally recognized privacy principles, including transparency, proportionality, security, purpose limitation, confidentiality, data minimization and respect for applicable privacy rights in each jurisdiction.
This document governs personal data processed by Perzibo as controller or responsible party. When Perzibo processes data on behalf of a customer within the platform, Perzibo may act as a processor, service provider or data intermediary under the applicable contract, data processing addendum or service agreement.
3. Personal data we may collect
Depending on your relationship with Perzibo, we may collect, directly or indirectly, the following categories of data:
Identification and contact
Name, company, job title, business email, phone, WhatsApp, country, city, language and preferred contact channel.
Business information
Approximate number of installed devices, operational needs, demo requests, quotations, messages, contact history and communication preferences.
Platform usage
Authorized users, roles, permissions, access records, activity logs, tickets, incidents, integrations, support requests and account configuration.
Technical information
IP address, user agent, time zone, visit source, UTM parameters, logs, diagnostics, security events and data required for service continuity.
Print operations data
Device model, brand, serial number, counters, consumable levels, alerts, status, incidents and technical data for print devices monitored by customers.
Billing and contractual relationship
Tax, billing and invoicing information, orders, contracts, payments, renewals and documentation required to provide the service.
Perzibo does not request sensitive personal data through commercial forms. Please do not send health information, ethnic origin, beliefs, affiliations, sexual preferences, biometric data, sensitive financial data or any other data that is not necessary for the commercial or technical relationship.
4. Purposes of processing
We process personal data for necessary primary purposes and for secondary purposes related to business communications, product improvement and prospecting.

5. Processing bases, consent and proportionality
Depending on the context and applicable law, personal data processing may be based on your consent, pre-contractual measures, performance of a contracted service, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests related to security and operations, or equivalent legal bases recognized by applicable privacy laws.
By providing data through forms, communications, contracts, integrations or platform use, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Notice. Where the law requires express consent, Perzibo will request it through appropriate means and retain reasonable evidence of such consent.
Perzibo seeks to apply data minimization: we request only data that is adequate, relevant and necessary for the purposes disclosed in this notice.
6. Processors, providers and data transfers
To provide our services, we may share personal data with providers acting as processors, subprocessors or service providers under confidentiality, security and limited-use obligations. These providers may include cloud services, hosting, transactional email, messaging, analytics, CRM, support, billing, monitoring, cybersecurity, storage, development, ERP integration and technology maintenance services.
We may also transfer data to competent authorities where required by law, to professional advisers for the defense of rights, to partners or integrators when necessary to execute a customer request, and to related companies or allies under confidentiality and data protection agreements.
Some providers may be located outside Mexico or your country of residence. In such cases, we seek to implement reasonable contractual, technical and organizational measures to protect the information according to the nature of the processing and applicable law.

Perzibo applies administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data.

8. Data retention
We will retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, manage the commercial or contractual relationship, provide services, resolve incidents, comply with legal obligations, retain evidence of operations and defend rights.
Prospect data may be retained while a reasonable business opportunity exists or until you request deletion or object to processing, unless retention is required by law. Customer, user and platform operations data will be retained during the term of the service and for any additional period required for tax, commercial, contractual, audit or legal defense purposes.
When data is no longer necessary, we seek to delete, anonymize, block or retain it only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. ARCO rights and other privacy rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification/correction, cancellation/deletion and opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as revoke consent or limit the use or disclosure of your data, by sending a request to legal@perzibo.com.
Your request should include: full name, means to receive a response, document proving identity or representation, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the related data and any information that helps locate your data.
Where the laws of your country grant additional rights, such as portability, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, non-discrimination, or the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, Perzibo will address such requests in accordance with applicable law and the role it plays as controller, responsible party, processor or service provider.
To stop receiving commercial communications, you may request opt-out by writing to legal@perzibo.com or by using the unsubscribe mechanisms available in the messages you receive.
10. Cookies, similar technologies and browsing data
Our website may use cookies, pixels, identifiers, local storage, analytics tools or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, improve the experience, understand traffic sources and evaluate commercial campaigns.

11. Children and minors
Perzibo is a business solution intended for companies, operations teams, technical areas, print service providers, distributors and integrators. It is not directed to children or minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have received data from a minor without authorization, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the corresponding information.
12. Customer data inside the platform
Perzibo customers may enter or generate data related to their own users, contacts, locations, contracts, tickets, print devices, counters, consumables, alerts, incidents or integrations. The customer is responsible for having the necessary authorizations, notices and legal bases for the information it decides to upload, connect or process through the platform.
Perzibo will use such information only to provide, maintain, support, improve and secure the contracted service, unless otherwise instructed, legally required or authorized under applicable terms.
13. Changes to this Privacy Notice
Perzibo may update this Privacy Notice to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, operational, commercial or security changes. The current version will be available at https://perzibo.com/en/privacy/.
When changes are material, we will seek to communicate them through the website, email, platform notices or any other reasonable means according to the existing relationship with the data subject.
